Grosvenor Canada plans new development for Surrey’s King George Highway
ROSTICH HEMPHILL ARCHITECTS
A new condominium and retail development is planned for Surrey’s King George Highway. High Street has been designed by the architectural firm of Rostich Hemphill Architects. The developer is Grosvenor Canada Ltd. and the company is currently negotiating with a contractor to head up work on the 88 housing units with retail space project. The development will include a reinforced concrete foundation and a wood structural frame. Construction will start in November and is expected to be completed by December 2008.
