As part of Appia Group of Companies’ 3-Year Building Envelope Inspection Partnership Program an independent building envelope consultant will be retained to perform a series of building envelope inspections for three years following completion. These reviews are intended to complement the comprehensive reviews commissioned by Strata. At the close of the three-year period, a final inspection will be carried out in the presence of a Strata Council representative, a representative of the building management company and a representative of Appia Group of Companies.
