Plans for Nordel Annex, a commercial facility and banquet hall in North Surrey, have been designed by Barnett Dembek Architects.
Barnett Dembek Architects’ Nordel Annex project fit for a feast
Construction on the Nordel Annex facility is expected to start this summer.
The building will be made from a tilt-up concrete frame as well as a steel structural frame. It will include two stories above grade, one below and parking for 176 cars.
Consultants on the project include Mainland Engineering Corp. (structural), Levelton Engineering Ltd. (geotechnical), Pine Electronics Inc. (electrical) and Clover Engineering Ltd. (mechanical).
