Workers are busy building the 1022 Living condominium and townhouse development on Seymour Street in Vancouver.
Onni Group keeps crews busy at Living condominium and townhouse project
The Living condominium and townhouse project includes 19 storeys above grade and three below. The development will be home to a 188-unit condo tower,five two-storey townhouses at grade and some retail space.
Gomberoff Bell Lyon Architects Group designed the building for Onni Group of Companies, the owner and construction manager.
A number of consultants are working on the project: GeoPacific Consulting Ltd.; John Bryson & amp; Partners (structural); SRC Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Brown Strachan Associates; BC Building Science & Engineering Ltd.; and Pioneer Consultants Ltd.
