Hilton Hotels plans Waldorf-Astoria hotel on Sherbrooke Street
The Hilton Hotels Corporation will open its first Canadian Waldorf-Astoria hotel and residence in Montreal in 2011.
Montreal-based Monit Investment has announced plans to invest $200 million US in the project.
The 32-storey luxury complex will include two towers, 250-room hotel and 76 residences, as well as a 15,000 square feet of ballroom, conference centre, restaurant, bars, luxury spa and fitness centre space.
The complex will be located at 1500 Sherbrooke Street West in Montreal.
