A high-rise condominium tower is under construction in Westwood Village, a development located in the heart of Coquitlam.
Bosa Construction builds high-rise Claremont condo in Westwood Village
General contractor Bosa Construction Inc. is building the 26-storey, 118-unit Claremont condominium, which will be one of three residential towers in the Westwood Village development.
The project was designed by Rafii Architects Inc. for owner Bosa Properties Inc.
Consulting engineers on the project include Vector Engineering Ltd. (civil), MCW Consultants Ltd. (mechanical) and Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd (electrical).
