Worker dies after fall from ladder at Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario job site
A construction worker has died from an injury sustained at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario job site after a fall from a ladder.
Ottawa Police reported that the man, described as a construction worker in his 20s, fell from a ladder and struck his head.
The accident happened at about 1:30 p.m., September 8.
The investigation has been turned over to the Ministry of Labour, police report. Pomerleau Construction is responsible for the project.
