Page+Steele approaches completion of working drawings for Bravo condominium
Page+Steele Inc. are nearing the completion of the working drawings for the Bravo condominium in North York.
Baywood Homes, the owner, is currently undertaking sales and marketing for the 17-storey building to be located at 9 McKee Avenue and 18 and 22 Norton Avenue.
Bravo is expected to house 143 condominium units and 2,162-square-meters of office space fronting onto Norton Avenue.
The building will also have 173 parking spaces in two or three underground levels.
The design team for Bravo includes, Page & Steele Inc. (architectural), Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical and electrical).
DJ Campbell Construction Ltd, the general contractor, expects to begin seeking sub trade pricing early in summer of 2009. The building is expected to cost approximately $20 million to construct.
