La Rive condo building sits perched on the banks of the Elbow River, just south of Holy Cross.
La Rive condo takes shape at the edge Calgary’s Elbow River
The owner and project manager of the project is La Rive Development.
The architect is Casola Koppe Architects, while Wiebe Forest Engineering Ltd. is the consulting structural engineer.
The condominium will be five storeys in height and encompass about 34,000 square feet.
