Roseau River Anishinabe First Nation seeks private investors for community doctor’s office

Plans for a doctor’s office in Roseau River First Nation have stalled.

The Roseau River Anishinabe First Nation is looking for private investors for the project, planned for Highway 6 and Perimeter Highway in Roseau River Manitoba.

It is anticipated that the office would include space for 15 doctors and specialists and a diagnostic imaging centre.

A business plan for the project was completed earlier in the year. The construction budget is pegged at approximately $10 million.

Morris Silver Consulting will be involved with the design of the office building.
