Day of Mourning ceremony at the Millennium Water worksite

Employees observed a moment of silence on April 28, during a Day of Mourning ceremony at the Millennium Water worksite, which will become the 2010 Winter Olympics Athlete's Village. ITC and MetroCan Construction hosted the event and are the two general contractors on the development. About 1,400 workers gathered for the ceremony.

Prominent Vancouver developer Bob Rennie spoke during the Day of Mourning ceremony at the site of the 2010 Olympics Athlete's Village. His company, Rennie Marketing, is working with the Millennium Development Corporation.
