Permits issued for Arthur Erickson-designed community in West Vancouver
MILLENNIUM DEVELOPMENT
Development permits for the first phase of the Evelyn Drive master planned community in West Vancouver, B.C. are in hand. It will soon go out to tender. The community was designed by Arthur Erickson and is being developed by Millennium Development Corporation.
Apartments and condos will be built to achieve LEED Silver certification and cluster housing will meet a LEED Silver equivalent. Evelyn Drive comprises almost 21 acres and 349 residential units. Site preparation is complete, but subdivision approval is still necessary before construction can begin.
