Project progress

Scott Construction continues work on research centre at Vancouver General Hospital

A worker is busy cutting rebar at the future site of the Robert N.H. Ho Research Centre at Vancouver General Hospital. The Scott Construction Group is the project manager on the seven storey facility, which is adjacent to the existing Jack Bell Research Centre.

Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership Architects Designers Planners were the base building architects in association with CEI Architecture Planning Interiors, which designed the laboratory spaces.

Project consultants include: ISL Engineering & Land Services (civil), Bush Bohlman & Partners Ltd. (structural), Cobalt Engineering Ltd. (mechanical), MMM Group Ltd. (electrical), Aqua-Coast Engineering Ltd. (building envelope) and Gage-Babcock & Associates Ltd. (code).
