Ledcor continues construction on mixed-use project in Vancouver
Workers are busy during a concrete pour at a mixed-use development construction site on West Broadway in Vancouver. The project will include condo units in its 12 storeys above grade and commercial retail units at ground level. Ledcor Group of Companies is the general contractor.
Consultants on the project include Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural), MCW Consultants Ltd. (mechanical), Morrison Hershfield Ltd. (building envelope), Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical), Trow Associates Inc. (geotechnical) and CFT Engineering Ltd. (code).
The architect is W T Leung Architects Inc.
