North Vancouver Condos take shape

Construction workers are nearly finished building The Kimpton, a new residential development in North Vancouver. Darwin Construction Ltd. is the construction manager and The Hulbert Group International Inc. is the architect.

The project will reach five storeys above grade and two below. It will include 54 condominium units and amenities.

Consultants on the project include Hunter Laird Engineering (civil), Thomas Leung Structural Engineers (structural), Cobalt Engineering (mechanical/electrical), CFT Engineering (code) and GeoPacific Consultants Ltd. (geotechnical).

The project is aiming to be LEED certified.
