Keeping it local in Lonsdale

Site work is underway for a new development in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Local on Lonsdale will include a 20-storey tower and a six level podium.
The top 17 floors will be condos and Extra Foods will occupy the first two floors. The development also includes commercial retail and office space. A related community centre is part of the plan.
APG Construction Ltd. is the construction manager. Rafii Architects Inc. is the architect. Anthem Properties is the owner.
Consultants include John Bryson & Partners (structural), Sterling Cooper & Associates (mechanical) and Nemetz (S/A) & Associates (electrical). Completion is scheduled for August 2014.
