North Vancouver condos are First Place

Construction work is well underway on The First Place, a new residential development in North Vancouver, B.C. The owner/general contractor is Western Canadian Project Ltd. Rafii Architects Inc. is the architect.
The project will reach five storeys above grade and two below. It will include 27 condo units and commercial retail space at ground level.
Consulting engineers on the project include John Bryson & Partners (structural), Yoneda & Associates (mechanical), Nemetz (S/A) & Associates (electrical).
The First Place is under construction on the former site of a fire damaged building, which was removed to make way for the new development.
