Concrete Tower at UBC

The new Polygon Sitka Tower is under construction at University of British Columbia campus in Vancouver. The 14 storey building will have 82,301 sq. ft. of floor space for 81 apartments and parking for 125 cars.
Polygon Homes is the owner and general contractor, while IBI/HB Architects designed the building.
Consultants on the project include InterCAD Services Ltd. (civil), John Bryson & Partners (structural), Sterling Cooper & Associates Ltd. (mechanical) and Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical).
