Cambie Corridor Construction

Ventana Construction is the general contractor for a new residential midrise project on Cambie Steet in Vancouver, B.C.
GBL Architects Inc. did the design for the development that includes a seven-storey tower and two laneway houses.
The midrise will include 50 residential units and commercial retail space at grade. The consultants are Bogdonov Pao Associates Ltd. (structural), Cobalt Engineering (electrical and mechanical) and CFT Engineering Inc. (building envelope).
The $13.1 million project is seeking LEED certification.
