PCL Constructors Westcoast chosen as preferred proponent for Victoria bridge

PCL Constructors Westcoast has been selected as the preferred proponent under the Request for Proposal to build the new Johnson Street Bridge in Victoria, B.C. City staff will proceed with final negotiations on details of the fixed-price contract.

A new contract agreement has also been made between the city and MMM Group, who have been the primary engineering consultant since 2009 and will continue to provide all professional engineering services through to the completion of the project.
