The Voyageur upgrader project near Fort McMurray is being put on hold after Suncor Energy reported a net loss of $562 million over the past three months.
Coastal First Nations groups have withdrawn from the Northern Gateway review process, citing a lack of funding. While the Coastal First Nations have $25,000 to spend on legal advice, Enbridge is spending over $250 million on its legal team.
