Capital City Construction

Covering almost 14 acres, and with approved zoning for up to 3.8-million-square-feet of mixed use capacity, Capital City Centre begins to take shape in the Victoria suburb of Colwood, B.C.
The Vancouver Island project is being developed by League Financial Partners. The residential/retail/office development will feature the area's tallest building at 27 storeys and will be rolled out over the next 15 years.
Farmer Construction is the construction manager and Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership is the architect on the first phase of the project.
