Northbank is the new residential development in New Westminster, B.C. The project will include a 21-storey tower, two-storey townhouses at grade and commercial retail space.
Ballenas Project Management Ltd. is the general contractor and Harvey R Hatch Architects did the design.
Consultants on the project include GeoPacific Consultants Ltd. (geotechnical), AECOM (electrical), Stantec Consulting Ltd. (mechanical), John Bryson & Partners (structural) and Aqua-Coast Engineering Ltd. (building envelope).
Contractors include Jetline Contracting Ltd. and Ace Electric Ltd.
