| Project: | proposed construction of residential buildings. This project will consist of two condominium apartment buildings linked by a four storey podium and centrally located lobby. The podium would accommodate 118 sq M of indoor ammenity space, 1269 sq M of retail space, 10 live-work units at grade and 74 additional live-work units on the second and third floors in building A. Also proposed is a three level, below-grade parking structure to create a total of 700 parking spaces. Buildings C and D are being followed under project number 9059930. |
