| Note: | Requests for proposals (RFPs) from architectural (12-060), mechanical and electrical (12-061) and civil and structural (12-062) engineering professional consulting firms closed late summer 2012 at the owner and have been awarded. Consultants are responsible for preliminary plans and working drawings preparation and construction work supervision. Preliminary planning is underway. Schedules for working drawings, tender for the general contractor and construction have yet to be finalized. Further update spring 2013. |
