| Project: | conversion of the Seaside Elementary School for a 600-student high school. Scope of work will include addition of a new 8,400 sf gymnasium at the north-east portion of the site. Also included will be an addition of an elevator. Redeveloping the existing gym for library, cafeteria, and music room. Project will also include creation of increased classroom space on all three levels. Construction of a learning-common is proposed at the south-side of the existing classroom wing. |
