| Note: | A Request For Proposals (RFP) from architects to complete detailed design and working drawings closed early 2013 at the owner and has been awarded. Arch is undertaking completion of programming and schematic design. Preliminary plans are anticipated summer 2013 pending Manitoba Health approval of schematic design. Schedules for working drawings and tender will be determined early 2014 based on further approvals and funding. Construction schedules will be finalized summer 2014.

| Project: | 160-bed addition to an existing personal-care facility. Addition will also feature a nine-bed special care unit. The project will include alterations to the existing kitchen and laundry space in the basement and multipurpose area and chapel on the main floor for construction of a seamless link for the two buildings. |
