| Note: | Request for proposals (RFP) from professional consulting firms specialized in impact studies, engineering and coordination of industrial projects related to electricity production (AO-1211-001) closed at 11:00 Quebec time December 19, 2012 at the owner. Preliminary planning is underway. Construction permits and approvals issuing is anticipated in spring/summer 2013.
