| Project: | proposed construction of a plant that converts waste material into ethanol that can be used as a fuel. The facility will mostly be open structures, with few closed buildings. The facility will reduce dependency on landfills and produce biofuels from the residential waste that is not recycled or composted. The facility will be adjacent to a research facility jointly operated by the City of Edmonton and Enerkem. |
