| Note: | Project is in the preliminary stage. The owner has signed a contract with Hydro-Quebec for construction of the wind farm and electricity purchase during 20 years. In spring 2012, owner held a public information session on the project. Environmental impact study and conceptual planning are underway at the owner. Preliminary planning is anticipated late 2012/early 2013. Timelines for working drawings, sub trade tenders and construction have yet to be finalized. Further update spring 2013. |
