| Project: | cast-in-place concrete structural frame, structural steel frame, fuel fired heating system, Construction of an office, training & warehouse bldg with a separate two-level parking garage & seismic retrofit. The project includes the relocation of the Jericho Garrison Units. The current project includes the relocation of the following units: 39 Canadian Brigade Group Headquarters, 744 Communications Regiment, 12 Field Ambulance, 4 Platoon, 6 Intelligence Company, 15th Field Regiment (Royal Canadian Artillery) Band, National Defence Quality Assurance Region Vancouver, Pay Services Pacific Region, elements of 742 Signals Squadron, the Medical Clinic, DCC and the Vancouver Military Family Resource Centre. The project will also include upgrades & seismic work to any existing bldgs at the Seaforth Armoury site as well as the construction of a new base bldg. |
