| Project: | concrete foundation, cast-in-place concrete structural frame, fuel fired heating system, construction of a mixed use building, with 5,600 sq. ft commercial space on the main floor and three storeys of residential apartment units above. These would include 66 condominium units that range in size from 450 sq. ft. to 790 sq. ft. Commercial space may include a gym facility, coffee shop, ice cream shop, eatery, art gallery, and clothing retail, or office space. The scope of work will also include fifty-one underground parking stalls and 20 parking stalls within the main level of the building. All parking facilities would be accessed from the rear of the buildings. |
