| Note: | Consultant has completed feasibility studies. Owner has forwarded the Environmental Assessment and project scope to Transport Canada for approval. A full submission including concept plan, final scope of work, terms of reference and an Environmental Study Report (ESR) has been forwarded for approval. Civil engineering design is ongoing during the approvals process. It is not known at this time when approvals will be in place. Owner is seeking provincial funding. Schedules for detailed engineering design, tender and construction are undetermined pending completion and approval of the ESR. Further update fall 2013. |
