| Project: | construction of an environmentally friendly new Northeast Transit Garage to replace the Westwood Transit Garage. The replacement garage is to accommodate 400 buses, bus drivers, bus maintenance staff, administration and supervisory staff, 33 maintenance bays with hoists, three refueling bays, three under bus and exterior bus wash bays and staff parking. Project will seek to achieve a minimum LEED Silver designation. |
