| Project: | construction of approx 45 km of 20-inch pipeline and associated pumping and metering facilities from the Narrows Lake oil sands project to Winefred Junction and a further 40 km of 30-inch pipe to Foster Creek. The 20-inch and 30-inch pipelines will each have approximately 190,000 b/d of initial capacity which is expected to be committed to FCCL, a business venture between Cenovus Energy and ConocoPhillips. With additional pumping facilities, capacity on the 30-inch pipeline can be increased to approximately 600,000 b/d to accommodate future volume growth. |
