| Note: | Request for proposals (RFP) from architectural, electromechanical, civil and structural engineering, acoustical, landscape architectural, sustainable development and integrated design professional consulting firms (13-12248) closed at 14:00 Quebec time February 25, 2013 at the owner. Consultants are required for conceptual, preliminary plans and working drawings preparation and construction work supervision. Submissions are under review with an award anticipated in spring 2013.
