| Project: | construction of 4,400 sq m recreation facility which would be located where the current Arnaitok Arena is. Scope of work includes a 25 metre, 6 lane pool, a leisure pool, hot tub, two saunas, three change rooms, waterslide, party/training room, fitness centre (will replace the existing Atii Fitness Centre), aerobics room, food and beverage area, elders area, leasable space for wellness/sports related business and support spaces. This will meet the LEED Silver requirements or another industry accepted standard for energy efficiency and environmental design. |
