| Note: | Environmental Assessment has been completed by the consultant. Owner is waiting for final federal government approvals on the EA. Design consultant will be secured through a prequalified process. Owner is working on the terms of reference for an invited Request for Proposals; final award is anticipated late 2012/early 2013. Designs will proceed through 2013. General contractor tender and construction are anticipated 2014/2015; timelines will be finalized as designs progress. Further update early spring 2013.
