Enpar moves into new facility

TORONTO, Feb. 3 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of ENPAR Technologies Inc. ("ENPAR") (TSX-V: ENP) is pleased to invite shareholders, business associates, and friends to visit the newly constructed corporate headquarters.

Located in the Hanlon Business Park, Guelph, the 10,000 ft(2) (930 m(2)) state-of-art building is readily accessible to Highway 401 and will accommodate expansion of all functions of the Company. Gene Shelp, President and CEO, commented, "This facility represents the continuing success of ENPAR and the progression of our enterprise toward sustainable profitability. Given recent developments, I confidently expect that our business activities will continue to intensify within the near term. The completion of this multipurpose structure provides enhanced capacity to advance the design, development and commercialization of our stand-alone/complementary, environmentally friendly water treatment technologies."

The two storey facility includes a spacious reception area, administrative offices, and conference and board rooms. These zones feature expansive windows and lofty ceilings which combine to create an efficient, employee-friendly atmosphere. The rear section of the building houses a laboratory and fabrication, assembly, construction spaces measuring a total of 7,000 ft(2) (650 m(2)) with a floor-to-ceiling height of 26 feet (7.8m). An unfinished loft provides additional space for future requirements.

ENPAR is a "Technology Company" applying its patented and proprietary "Electrochemical Technologies" to the treatment of water used in the mining, metal processing, chemical, agricultural, municipal and waste management sectors.
