1. November 27, 2009 — Please note the fact that during the reign of former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney Canada’s construction industry was “relieved” of the CMHC oversight and inspections requirements. The subsequent “leaky condo” reality has cost untold millions of dollares and loss of homes to the people, who were “relieved” of the money spent for the original purchase, subsequent and ongoing “repairs.” Reference the numerous historic buildings on the West Coast that remain leak proof.
