Red River College Peterson GlobalFoods Institute in Winnipeg gets historic restoration

Red River College's Paterson GlobalFoods Institute is under construction in the heart of Winnipeg's Exchange District.
The project will reclaim the former Union Bank Tower, a Grade I heritage building that has sat vacant for more than 18 years.
It will house the college's hospitality and culinary arts programs, as well as student housing. The general contractor Man-Shield Construction Inc. Prairie Architects Inc. is the architect on the project.
